This is a course in psychology based on Buddha's own teachings (The Pali Canon) and teachings by Tibetan Mahayana meditators.

The course is a comprehensive overview of Buddhist philosophy and Buddhist psychology. It comprises 52 lessons, starting with The First Noble Truth and concluding with an introduction to Enlightenment. Though each lesson is quite brief, several relevant Pali Canon and Mahayana texts are included for deeper study.

Lesson Structure:

Each lesson includes a brief explanation for its placement in the course, followed by summaries suitable for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced readers. Each level is accompanied by relevant texts from the Pali Canon (often Buddha's own words) and Mahayana literature.
